Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Care Provider’s Explanation
Care Provider’s Concern
Likelihood to Recommend Care Provider
Dr. Lerner is Fantastic.
Excellent professional very kind and knowledgeable.
I always have felt I'm getting good care from Dr. Lerner. That's why I've stayed with him for more than a decade. He's cautious with treatments and has very good diagnostic skills. He has also recommended conservative measures to me that have been helpful. All in all he is an excellent physician! I feel fortunate to be in his care.
