About Me
Dr. Harish Jasti is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine. A graduate of NYU School of Medicine, he completed his primary care residency and chief residency at the University of Pittsburgh. He subsequently completed a General Internal Medicine Fellowship and also obtained a Masters of Science degree in Medical Education. He remained as faculty in Pittsburgh, before moving to Mount Sinai to serve as the Director of the Ambulatory Care Clerkship for the medical students at the Icahn School of Medicine.
Dr. Jasti’s main interests lie in outpatient primary care and medical education. He has been involved in multiple committees, both at the local and national levels, focusing on medical education. He also works very closely with medical students and residents, and has been the recipient of numerous teaching awards. He was a member of the Academy of Master Educators at the University of Pittsburgh, and a past-President of the Mid-Atlantic region of the Society of General Internal Medicine.
