About Me
Helen Badu Offei, MD is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai West, Mount Sinai Morningside, and Mount Sinai Union Square. She is board certified in Neurology with subspecialty training in Clinical Neurophysiology. Dr. Badu received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She completed her medical internship at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and her neurology residency at NYU Langone Health. After residency, Dr. Badu completed her fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology/EMG at NYP/Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
Dr. Badu joined the Mount Sinai Health System as a Neurohospitalist with additional outpatient practice in nerve conduction studies/EMG where she treats neuromuscular disorders including head, neck and back pain, peripheral nerve, neuromuscular junction, and muscle disorders.
