About Me
Ho-Mau Liu, MD, is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. After receiving his medical degree from Taiwan University, he completed both his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in cardiology at Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Liu has been caring for his patients in Queens for 40 years. His clinical interests include angina, heart murmurs, heart failure and helping patients manage factors that contribute to heart disease including hypertension, diabetes, and elevated cholesterol and elevated lipids
