About Me
Hsi-en (John) Ho, M.D. earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Immunology, First Class Honors, from McGill University in Canada, and his Medical Degree from Yale University School of Medicine. He completed internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Harvard Medical School/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Dr. Ho completed his fellowship training in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at Mount Sinai. He had conducted research in numerous aspects of the field, including immune deficiencies, food allergy, seasonal allergies, anaphylaxis, eosinophilic esophagitis, and has published and presented his research at numerous national meetings. Dr. Ho received the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Food Allergy Research Award and completed an advanced research year. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the Clinical Immunology Society, and the New York Allergy and Asthma Society and the New York County Medical Society.
Dr. Ho treats both adult and pediatric patients for all types of allergic conditions and immune deficiencies, including allergic rhinitis (hay fever), allergy shots, antibody deficiency, common variable immune deficiency, food allergy, asthma and pulmonary function testing, sinus disease, hives, eczema, contact dermatitis and patch testing, insect allergy, and medication allergy.
