About Me
Dr. Cohen is a gastroenterology attending in the Division of Digestive Diseases at The Mount Sinai Hospital as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Before joining the faculty at Mount Sinai Doctors, he completed his gastroenterology fellowship, chief residency and internal medicine residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. He also previously served as an academic hospitalist in the Division of Hospital Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine and concentrated in Biopsychology & Cognitive Science and Economics at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.

Dr. Cohen listened and then explained everything about the issue. Extremely thorough. Asked questions and answered my responses so that I could really understand. A very fine doctor.
Very good assistant. Excellent Dr. Listened attentively to all my questions. After I left the visit I used the portal to ask Dr additional questions & he promptly responded with advice & suggestion to see him again in 2/3 months or before if needed.
