About Me
Dr. Ilana Ramer Bass earned her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She completed both her Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism Fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital. She was hired in 2021 as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Endocrinology at Mount Sinai Morningside and West. She practices General Endocrinology with a special interest in Women's Health, such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), menopause, and endocrine conditions affecting pregnancy and fertility including diabetes, thyroid disease and pituitary disorders, She also has an interest in obesity medicine and leads the Mount Sinai Morningside Weight Loss Program.
