The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
I was really stressed by the results of tests, but with the explanation of Dr IRA, my understanding of my situation is clear.
I really appreciated Dr. Breite's philosophy of being non-judgmental and of explaining very clearly his assessment of my condition (acid reflux) and why it was absolutely necessary that I have an endoscopy. He obviously has a lot of experience and is a very approachable person. I feel relieved that I am in good hands and optimistic that my condition will improve. I wanted to thank him for all this at the end of my visit, but accidentally exited into the reception area before doing so!
Dr. Breite is the best. I was a longtime patient of his previous practice, and I'm so happy to have found him again.
