Ironelly Lorenzo, CNM, MSN, is a certified nurse midwife who serves as a staff midwife at The Mount Sinai Hospital. In this role, Ms. Lorenzo provides full-scope midwifery care, including gynecological and reproductive care, attending births, and labor management. Ms. Lorenzo also provides prenatal and postpartum care for low risk patients.

Ms. Lorenzo received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University in 2016. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing Midwifery from New York University in 2021. Prior to joining Mount Sinai, Ms. Lorenzo served as a Labor and Delivery staff nurse at Montefiore Medical Center’s Einstein Campus. Ms. Lorenzo is an active member of the American College of Nurse Midwives.
