James Chelnis, MD is a passionate award-winning cosmetic facial surgeon who uses his unique expertise in bringing out your best. Dr. Chelnis is board certified in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery and Ophthalmology, having completed his ASOPRS (American Society of Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgeons) fellowship at Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee.
