About Me
Dr. Jaskirat Kaur Gill is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and holds appointments in both the Department of Emergency Medicine and the Institute for Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Gill completed her undergraduate education with a major in Biology and minor in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies at New York University and then went on to obtain her medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical University. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center. After residency, Dr. Gill pursued a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland where she focused on surgical and cardiac critical care.
