Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Meeting Dr. Catalano and her assistant was an absolute pleasure. They were incredibly caring and knowledgeable and put me remarkably at ease.
Dr. Catalano explained everything thoroughly. She discussed several options as for the best treatment. I would definitely refer her to others. She also has the best bedside manner.
I absolutely adore Dr. Catalano. She's wonderfully competent and caring, and I almost wish I had more reasons to visit her.
