About Me
Jenna Mennella, DO, is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Newborn Medicine in the Jack and Lucy Clark Department of Pediatrics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and an attending neonatologist in the NICU Follow-Up Clinic at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital.
During her fellowship, Dr. Mennella conducted laboratory-based research focused on potential biomarkers of preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM) in maternal serum and fetal membranes. She also conducted a clinical research project exploring lead exposure and developmental outcomes in the preterm infant population.
