Dr. Beck-Esmay is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and an Assistant Residency Director at Mount Sinai Morningside-West. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Minnesota and completed her residency training in Emergency Medicine at New York University – Bellevue Hospital, where she also served as Chief Resident. In addition to her role within the residency, Dr. Beck-Esmay is a Master Educator within the Institute of Medical Education at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Her interests include medical education and gender equity in medicine.
