Jennifer Chase, MD, is an Assistant Professor practicing general pediatrics in the School Based Health Program in the Jack and Lucy Clark Department of Pediatrics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Chase obtained her medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine (Tel Aviv University), and she completed her Pediatrics residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital.
