About Me
Jennifer Duchon, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Division of Newborn Medicine in the Jack and Lucy Department of Pediatrics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai West. She holds board certifications in Pediatric Infectious Diseases as well as Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and has advanced training in Infectious Disease Epidemiology from the Mailman School of Public Health. Her clinical interests include Antimicrobial Stewardship in the neonatal population and the use of non-invasive respiratory support in preterm infants.
Dr. Duchon's research focuses on the epidemiology of antibiotic resistant organisms and the risk of antibiotic misuse and overuse in the neonate.
