About Me
Jennifer Jo, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Henry D. Janowitz Division of Gastroenterology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and is the Director of the GI Fellows’ Gastroenterology clinic. Dr. Jo received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and obtained her medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Northwestern University where she also served as chief medical resident. She went on to complete fellowship training in gastroenterology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and served as chief gastroenterology fellow. She provides clinical care for a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal diseases and is passionate about patient education and providing compassionate care.
