About Me

Dr. Jennifer Ng is an experienced primary care physician and board certified obesity medicine specialist.  She is passionate about working with her patients to help them develop healthier lifestyles.  Dr. Ng graduated from NYU School of Medicine in New York and also completed her internal medicine residency at NYU Medical Center.  Besides clinical practice, she also serves as an associate editor for Obesity Pillars, journal of the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA), and the chair of the OMA's outreach committee.  She has also been distinguished for her work in obesity medicine by being designated a fellow of the OMA (FOMA).

Additionally, she has been invited to give talks on obesity medicine including Grand Rounds and a lecture on plant-based diets at the OMA's national conference.  She also has written and been interviewed for articles on weight loss and obesity medicine.  She currently works at Mount Sinai Primary Care Faculty Practice Associates both as a primary care physician and also sees patients for weight management.  Of note, she also speaks Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
