Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments

The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

Care Provider’s Explanation

Care Provider’s Concern

Likelihood to Recommend Care Provider

My first time seeing Jennifer Weintraub. I was able to finally get my health insurance again. My health plan helped me choose a primary doctor. I wanted a female with high ratings. I certainly was not disappointed. I had not been out of my home for 1 year, and seeing Dr. Weintraub put me at ease. Her caring ways, and saying she was proud of me for leaving my house made a difference. She listened to me attentively, looked at me in my eyes while speaking, and examined me in a very caring manner. Please thank her for me.

Dr. Weintraub is an incredible listener and writes down everything you tell her about your health, your medication, what you're concerned about and questions you have. And not just in a cursory way-- she really listens and explains your tests, your options and then makes her recommendations. Without pressure. I always feel like my health is in my own hands with her advising. It's very empowering.

Highly recommended.
