About Me

Jessica Krugman, M.D. is an Assistant Professor in the division of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital’s Children’s Cancer Program in the Jack and Lucy Clark Department of Pediatrics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She graduated from Emory University with a B.S. in Biology and then received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency training at Stony Brook University Children’s Hospital and her fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology Oncology at Hassenfeld’s Children’s Hospital at NYU. During her fellowship, her research focused on Relapsed/Refractory Leukemia and understanding the biological pathways that drive resistance in Pediatric B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She has strong interests in both Hematology and Oncology and is particularly passionate about the impact diseases have on the adolescent and young adult (AYA) population.
