Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
I was very pleased with my consultation.
Dr. Jessy Thomas was professional, and easy to talk to. She spoke and treated me like a person and not just a number. My overall interaction with Dr. Thomas was amazing. We need more Doctors like her.
She was very concerned about my situation and we came up with an idea and made the change and now we gonna see if it's gonna work now I'll get back in contact again with the results to see if we have to make changes or keep it the same
