Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The doctors really listened, and I felt she was very sensitive to my needs.
Dr. Xiao was amazing. She listened to me and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed, she discussed everything with me and addressed all my concerns. Simply wonderful
The Dr gave me the clearest explaination of the two blood pressure #'s as to there function; which makes it CLEAR TO ME WHAT I NEED TO DO TO CHANGE IT.
