About Me
Dr. Jonathan Chen is a primary care doctor within the Mount Sinai Doctors practice, who is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
After graduating from Stuyvesant High School, he earned his undergraduate degree at Cornell University studying Biological Engineering and Human Biology, Health, and Society. He later completed his medical degree at NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Long Island and was awarded membership in the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He continued to work amongst a diverse cultural population as he completed his family medicine residency at NYU Health. As a New York City native who has completed all his education and training in New York, Dr. Chen is passionate about giving back and caring for the community that has raised and shaped him.
As a family medicine physician, he is experienced and trained to treat both adult and pediatric populations and loves working with children. He offers visits for annual exams and medical consultations for flu, common cold, sore throat, vaccinations, work/school physicals, urine infections, and musculoskeletal concerns.
