Dr. El Hachem is Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology at Mount Sinai St. Luke's and Mount West. He treats patients with acute kidney injury, electrolyte disturbances, chronic kidney disease (CKD) and patients with end stage renal disease (ESRD) on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Dr. El Hachem completed his residency and fellowship training at Mount Sinai St. Luke's and Mount Sinai West. He leads the quality improvement effort on behalf of the Nephrology Division of Mount Sinai St Luke's and Mount Sinai West.
