Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Dr Kavita Sharma had ALWAYS made me feel like a priority. She truly cares about my health and I'm confident in saying her number one goal is getting me to feel better. A+
Dr Sharma was incredible. [...] Most importantly she actually cared about my problem and wanted me to improve. She was invested in my health!
I have known Dr. Sharma for almost 10 years now. I started my back injury journey with her, and I am so happy she is now at Mt Sinai which makes things a lot easier for me. Once you find a Dr you love, you stick with them! She remembered my entire history and I left the office with a solution moving forward.
