About Me
Kelly Taylor, MD is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine and is a New York State licensed psychiatrist. Dr. Taylor completed her undergraduate education in Biology and Sociology at the University of Arkansas and completed her medical education and residency training in Clinical Psychiatry at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
She currently works with patients in the Student and Trainee Mental Health Program and sees patients privately through the Mount Sinai faculty practice. Dr. Taylor has two years of experience treating serious mental illness including bipolar disorder, psychosis, and catatonia in the acute inpatient setting at Mount Sinai Hospital.
She practices general psychiatry and has special interest in the pharmacologic treatment of ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and insomnia. She also has training in the behavioral treatment of insomnia with CBT-i.
