About Me
Kelly Smith, MD, is a board certified pediatrician and Assistant Professor in the Jack and Lucy Clark Department of Pediatrics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital. After completing her undergraduate studies at Williams College, Dr. Smith graduated with her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She then completed her residency in Pediatrics at The Icahn School of Medicine.
With her certification by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Smith sees patients ranging from newborns to adolescents. Additionally, Dr. Smith is bilingual and can communicate with her patients in English and proficient Spanish.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Smith has taught and mentored residents and medical students at The Icahn School of Medicine. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Outside of her time with patients, Dr. Smith enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and baking, and dancing.

Dr Smith is the absolute sweetest. You can tell she cares about her patients. She was struggling with what a diagnosis would be and we talked more and she asked me more questions and she went to a colleague to ask advice. I appreciated all of her diligence in helping.
Dr. Smith is wonderful. My child was upset about the appointment and originally did not want to be seen, but she built a rapport and he opened up to her almost immediately. He was very happy by the end of the visit with her.
Dr. Smith is known in the neighborhood as one of the best pediatricians in the area. I have complete trust in her and value her knowledge, professionalism, and stellar bedside manner.
