Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Dr Bryant went above and beyond
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Bryant as a clinician. Dr Bryant is a role model for what great clinical care and providing an amazing patient experience. Indeed she does both. I have sent my family and friends and colleagues to Dr Bryant because I believe she has great clinical acumen, really listens and is patient and caring and highly responsive. Also, a special thanks [...] the LPN who drew my bloods. Great technique, took her time and could not have been nicer.
I will definitely recommend this care provider
