Kevin Jordan, MD

Dr. Jordan is an Assistant Professor and hospitalist in the Division of Hospital Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. He graduated cum laude from Fordham University and received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. His current academic interest are in medical education, point of care ultrasound (POCUS), trainee evaluation, and inpatient management of substance use disorders.

Practitioners of hospital medicine include physicians (“hospitalists”) and non-physician clinicians who engage in clinical care, teaching, research, and or leadership in the field of general hospital medicine. Hospitalists manage and treat a significant range of complex and comorbid disease conditions. Hospitalists typically undergo residency training in general internal medicine, general pediatrics, or family practice."
