About Me
Kristen Kendrick, DO is a board-certified family medicine physician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at Mount Sinai Doctors. She is currently seeing in-person patients at Mt. Sinai's West 14th Street office in Chelsea, and is also offering virtual visits via telehealth.
Dr. Kendrick was awarded her medical degree from the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Pikeville, where she also received her undergraduate degree in biology. Following family medicine residency at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, Dr. Kendrick completed her fellowship in health media and faculty development at Georgetown University/GU Medical Center in the Department of Family Medicine.
Dr. Kendrick's focus is providing primary care to patients of all backgrounds, and using shared decision making with them to create a compassionate, patient-centered experience. She is also interested in the principles of integrative medicine and has a certificate in Integrative Medicine studies from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Additionally, Dr. Kendrick has experience treating patients with persistent post-infectious symptoms such as fatigue and neuropathy.
Dr. Kendrick sees patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and is currently accepting new patients.
During her time off, she is a coffee enthusiast who enjoys traveling, reading, being an new Aunt, writing, following fashion and trying to take the perfect NYC sunset photo.
