About Me
Lillian Carolina, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine physician based in New York. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from New York Institute of Technology, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Maryland. She completed her Family Medicine residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Faculty Development and Hospitalist Medicine.
Dr. Carolina began her career as a Faculty Attending at South Nassau Communities Hospital, where she focused on primary care, medical education, and resident teaching. During her time there, she also served as the Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator. She later transitioned to Urgent Care, expanding her experience in the evaluation and management of a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Dr. Carolina is passionate about preventive medicine, continuity of care, and building meaningful relationships with her patients. She provides comprehensive care with a focus on acute and chronic conditions, women’s health, preventive health, and overall well-being. She believes in partnering with her patients to provide personalized, evidence-based care that supports their health at every stage of life.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Carolina enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach.
