About Me
Dr. Linda V. DeCherrie graduated from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 1999 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Boston University where she was named chief resident. She then came to Mount Sinai for her fellowship in Geriatrics which she completed in 2005. She joined the Mount Sinai Visiting Doctors Program after her fellowship and is currently the Director of the program which provides primary and palliative care for homebound patients in Manhattan. In 2014 she became the Clinical Director of the Mobile Acute Care Team (MACT), Mount Sinai’s Hospital at Home Program. Her clinical and research interests are medical education in chronic care of complex frail patients in the ambulatory setting and innovative models of care.
