Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Care Provider’s Explanation
Care Provider’s Concern
Likelihood to Recommend Care Provider
She was a good listener, and figured out my problem (based on her extensive experience) very quickly. It was amazing.
[...] By contrast Dr. Giraud was focused on point and open to basic communication. She listened to my history both general and recent, thoroughly examined me and consulted in dialogue while she laid out very succinctly a treatment plan. [...] but my faith has been fully restored with my visit to see Dr. Giraud. Thank you.
Excellent bedside manners, great listening skills, very helpful explanation of prognosis and treatment.
