About Me
Dr. Lucia McLendon is a graduate of the Institute for Family Health’s Beth Israel Residency in Urban Family Practice and is board certified in family medicine. She also completed the Institute’s fellowship in Reproductive Health and Advocacy. Her interests include full spectrum reproductive health, group medical visits, adolescent health, and care for the underserved. She also serves as the Director of the Women’s Health NYU Free Clinic. Dr. McLendon has a busy primary care practice at the Institute for Family Health's Family Health Center of Harlem, where she sees patients of all ages, precepts residents during procedure sessions and runs our colposcopy clinic.

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device, biotechnology companies, and other outside entities to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
