Madison Rose Leone
About Me
Madison is a first-year MD-PhD student from San Diego, California. She attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology, double majoring in Biology and Brain & Cognitive Sciences. While at MIT, she studied the role of natural killer cells in cancer and viral infection in Wilfredo Garcia-Beltran’s lab at the Ragon Institute. She also spent a summer doing research on microglia in Alzheimer’s disease in the Kim Lab of Immunotherapy at Korea Advanced Institute for Science and Technology. During her free time, she likes to ballroom dance and see Broadway shows.
