About Me
Hello! My name is Malcolm Moyer, and I’m a physician at Mount Sinai.
I chose to go into Internal Medicine because it provides the perfect avenue to provide the specific type of care I want. The care that involves taking the time in listening to and learning from a patient’s story, building rapport and developing meaningful relationships with each of my patients. My commitment to medicine is one in which I can personalize and provide the best care for them because I understand that every patient is unique and must be treated as such.
I chose to work at Mount Sinai because it values equity, inclusion, and diversity. It also shares the understanding that every patient is unique and that there are cultural differences and social factors that influence the health of the patients we serve. At Mount Sinai, I aspire to provide compassionate, evidence-based care, work towards health equity, and address the disparities in healthcare amongst underserved populations.
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, dancing, exercising, hiking, gaming, and getting lost in a good story either through comic books, movies, or television. I look forward to meeting you!
