About Me
Marc Engelbert, MD, is a board certified obstetrician-gynecologist at The Mount Sinai Hospital and an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Raquel and Jaime Gilinski Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Engelbert’s practice focuses on general obstetrics and gynecology, with special interest in post-partum care, pre-natal care, fertility treatments, and PCOS treatment and diagnosis.
Dr. Engelbert began his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The Mount Sinai Hospital in 1982, where he served as Administrative and Clinical Chief Resident. He stayed on with Mount Sinai as an attending physician after completing his residency in 1986. Dr. Engelbert received his medical degree from State University of New York at Buffalo Medical School.
Dr. Engelbert is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Within Mount Sinai, Dr. Engelbert serves on the Quality Assurance Committee.
