Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
She's an absolute star.
Dr. Marissa Pedro is the best primary care Dr. I have ever seen. I am so happy that I have finally found an excellent Dr. As well as a caring one. In the past I have not had a good experience with any of the Drs-this is the first time I am happy and feel comfortable and well taken care of. I no longer dread having to make an appointment. She is ANumber1!!!!!!!
Marissa always asks the best questions and addresses all of my concerns. 1000/10
