Dr. Matthew Pius is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and attending physician in the Emergency Department at Mount Sinai Queens. Dr. Pius is a graduate of the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (class of 2000) and the Emergency Medicine residency program at SUNY-Downstate/Kings County Hospital. He is dedicated to providing high quality emergency care to people of all ages. His clinical interests include pre-hospital medicine and he currently serves as the medical director for the Cuddebackville Fire Department and the Hugeuenot Fire Department in Orange County, NY.
