Dr. Mayer Rydzinski has practiced cardiology for over 30 years. After graduating from his medical schooling at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Rydzinski completed his Internal Medicine internship at the Metropolitan Hospital Center. He then returned to Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center for his residency in Internal Medicine before moving to Long Island Jewish Medical Center for his fellowship in Cardiology. With his board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Echocardiography, Dr. Rydzinski specializes in coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia, congestive heart failure, and dysrhythmias.
In his research, Dr. Rydzinski is interested in treating coronary artery disease with aggressive medical therapy to avoid invasive procedures. He also has clinical expertise in advanced congestive heart failure.
In the office, Dr. Rydzinski enjoys a warm and caring relationship with his patients. He is also multilingual and can communicate with patients in English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
