The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
This visit was excellent. Dr. Hailu, meeting me for the first time, did a careful and thorough exam, explained everything in a way I could understand, asked about my preferences, and provided thoughtful advice based on the information shared at the visit, the information/history in the chart, and what she observed.
