About Me
Dr. Michael Zeidman has practiced Surgical Oncology with a focus in Breast Surgery since 2013. After graduating with his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, Dr. Zeidman completed his residency in General Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center. He then moved to The Mount Sinai Hospital for his fellowship in Surgical Breast Oncology. With his certification by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Zeidman aims to provide expert surgical care for patients with benign and malignant breast disease.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Zeidman serves as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at The Icahn School of Medicine. During his fellowship, he also presented his research in neoadjuvant chemotherapy at national meetings. He currently serves on the Fellows and Young Attendings Subcommittee of the Society of Surgical Oncology, as well as the Fellowship Committee Working Group of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
