Dr. Rothrock earned her M.D. with honors in research from Weill Cornell Medical College in 2009. She completed her psychiatric residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she served as program-wide Chief Resident and Chief Resident for Education. She subsequently held faculty appointments at Yale School of Medicine and Columbia University Medical Center before joining the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she is Director of the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program at Mount Sinai Morningside and Mount Sinai West. Dr. Rothrock’s clinical interests include the evaluation and treatment of acute psychiatric disorders in the emergency setting and the long-term management of chronic mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders.
