Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments

The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Gray. She made herself available, quickly, to close a wound [...]. Dr. Gray spent a LOT of time with me, getting to know me, discussing her cosmetic surgery options (this was for the wound on my NOSE, so I was VERY concerned with the outcome). Dr. Gray could not have been kinder or more skilled. It has been less than a week since she removed her expert stitches. The wound is FLAT, healed, and already fading. I am confident that no one will ever know that I had a hole cut in my nose. I am so very grateful to Dr. Gray. I rate her ALL the stars :)

[...] to feel rushed during my consultation - the procedure would involve a surgical change to my face so I wish the healthcare provider had allowed me more time to sit with the decision and discuss more (about success rate and such) to make me feel confident about my decision.

Dr. Gray truly is absolutely wonderful. One of the best doctor's I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Cannot begin to thank her enough for all she's done for me. She's a skilled artist as a surgeon, very knowledgeable in her area of expertise, and one of those doctor's where it's extremely evident that she actually and truly cares about you and your health, which I find is a rare thing these days where most patient/doctor interactions are transactional. I couldn't be any happier that I found Dr. Gray to help me through some medical issues I was having.
