About Me
Mingyang L. Gray, MD, MPH is an Assistant Professor of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She received her medical and public health degrees at Tulane University. After completing her residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, she pursued fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins.
Dr. Gray’s clinical expertise includes facial reanimation, reconstruction after Mohs and head and neck surgery, rhinoplasty, aesthetic procedures for the aging face, congenital malformations such as cleft lip/palate and microtia, and facial trauma. Her research and academic interests are focused on patient outcomes and quality improvement.

Good service
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Gray. She made herself available, quickly, to close a wound [...]. Dr. Gray spent a LOT of time with me, getting to know me, discussing her cosmetic surgery options (this was for the wound on my NOSE, so I was VERY concerned with the outcome). Dr. Gray could not have been kinder or more skilled. It has been less than a week since she removed her expert stitches. The wound is FLAT, healed, and already fading. I am confident that no one will ever know that I had a hole cut in my nose. I am so very grateful to Dr. Gray. I rate her ALL the stars :)
