About Me
Nicole Schwartz, MD, MPH, Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine, will serve as the Medical Director of the Mount Sinai Virtual Urgent Care (VUC) on MyMountSinai as of Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
In this role, Dr. Schwartz will expand acute care support to the Health System Ambulatory network and ensure seamless, high value care. Since joining Mount Sinai in 2014, Dr. Schwartz has held several leadership roles within Emergency Medicine, including Associate Medical Director of Mount Sinai Urgent Care and Director of Resident Simulation, contributing to both the education and clinical missions of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Schwartz completed residency in Emergency Medicine at University of Pennsylvania, and Tulane University’s School of Medicine and Public Health.
The state of Florida requires out-of-state professionals who are registered to provide telehealth services to display a hyperlink to the Florida Department of Health telehealth web page. This allows Florida patients who are receiving medical care by telehealth to confirm the provider’s licensure and Florida registration.
