About Me
Moiz A. Siddiqui, DO is a board-certified family medicine-primary care physician certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. Specializing in primary care sports medicine and completing his fellowship at Southern Illinois University in 2021, Dr. Siddiqui worked as an assistant team physician for SIU athletics and John A. Logan Community College. After majoring in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Houston Baptist University, he earned his medical degree from William Carey University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at St Petersburg General Hospital at University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine. Serving as the Chief Resident he also lead as the Chief Patient Care Advocate and was an active member of Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society. During fellowship, Moiz became an active member of American Medical Society of Sports Medicine and American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine.
Areas of interest include primary care, musculoskeletal medicine and preventive care pertaining to all ages. Dr. Siddiqui believes in holistic practices of medicine, with a strong focus on life style modification and preventive care to address modifiable medical needs.
Immigrating to the United States in 2003 along with his family, Moiz initially settled in Houston, Texas during undergraduate. Later on during the pursuit of medical education and training, Moiz lived in different states including Mississippi, Michigan, New York, Florida and Illinois. Hobbies include traveling, hiking, soccer, water sports and amateur photography.
