About Me
Dr. Molly Grover is a board certified family medicine physician at Mount Sinai Doctors 2875 Broadway. She completed medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Grover completed her residency training at the University of Virginia where she served a diverse patient population and provided refugee care. During her medical training, she has been involved in the local and global community by volunteering at various free clinics and travelling to Guatemala and the Dominican Republic for medical trips. She is particularly interested in chronic disease management, women’s health concerns, preventative medicine, mental health, and evidence-based medicine.
Dr. Grover grew up in Northern Virginia. She strongly values the doctor-patient relationship, patient continuity, and hopes to serve as an advocate for her patients. She is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

Dr. Grover was excellent. She was attentive, compassionate, and very thorough in her approach. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and understood throughout the visit. I truly appreciated how patient and reassuring she was, never rushed, and very professional. It's rare to find a doctor who combines both expertise and genuine care the way she does
Dr. Grover strikes exactly the sort of balance between professionalism, concern, attentiveness, and explanation that patients need to know that their concerns matter and that she has clear ideas on how to address them effectively.
Dr. Grover is the best primary care physician I've seen. I've bounced around from doctor to doctor since moving here (between GYN, derm, primary care, ophthalmologist, etc.) and most doctors seem rushed or are trying to upsell procedures. Dr. Grover listened to my concerns, and it felt like a conversation of mutual respect. I'm a PA myself and I came in wearing scrubs as I was on my way to work. She spoke to me at my level which I appreciated. [...] Dr. Grover made me feel very included the conversations and decisions about my care. Will 100% continue to see her and cannot recommend her highly enough!
