Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

Likelihood to Recommend Care Provider
She gave me option explained them and allowed me to make the final decision. She was super kind and non-judgmental. I left feeling that I was a part of a team for my health.
Best doctor I've ever met with. Personable with a very kind and warm demeanor. Made me feel at ease and like an actual person all while projecting professionalism. Was thorough and explanatory.
I felt that Dr. Grover really listened to me and didn't dismiss anything I said.
Industry Relationships
