About Me
Nadine Kaskas, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who provides comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatologic care to patients of all ages and skin types. She is passionate about providing the highest quality care with a focus on achieving the best results while addressing your skin concerns with compassion and attention to detail. Dr. Kaskas is Site Medical Director, Mount Sinai Downtown, in the Kimberly and Eric J. Waldman Department of Dermatology at Mount Sinai.
She was awarded the Teacher and Mentor of the Year Award from the Icahn School of Medicine Dermatology Department in 2021, and the Outstanding Dedication to Resident Education Award in 2024.
In addition to her passion for clinical dermatology and teaching, Dr. Kaskas has a strong interest in advancing the field of dermatology through research. She has over 20 publications, including a book chapter and journal articles, and has spoken at national dermatology conferences. She is also a Principal Investigator in Clinical Research.
In her spare time, she works as the Co-founder of Dermatology Relief, a service organization whose mission is to improve the skin health of those living in refugee and crisis settings. Derm Relief is a teledermatology platform that connects local medical providers to US-based dermatologists to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of skin disease
